Fly Casting hosted by Upper Chattahoochee Trout Unlimited (TU). Certified casting instructors are on-hand to demonstrate and help you cast a fly. If you have ever wanted to cast a fly rod, this is your chance. A fly casting area is set aside right next to our booth. Learn about our work conserving, protecting and restoring the Chattahoochee River and its wild brown trout. Don’t miss this opportunity! To learn more about TU, visit www.ucctu.org.
 Win a hand painted rain barrel!
During the Back to the Chattahoochee River Race and Festival, UCR will have a rain barrel painting area. Kids of all ages are invited to celebrate the Chattahoochee River by painting a section of four rain barrels. The painted works of rain barrel art will be given away at the end of the festival so be sure to visit the UCR booth for an entry! Rain barrel professionals will be on hand to answer questions about rain barrels and sign interested parties up for future UCR rain barrel classes.
