Report a Problem
Non-sewage Spill
If you observe unusual odors or unnatural discoloration in a waterway, you may have discovered a spill of oil, chemicals, or hazardous materials, which should be reported immediately. Note the exact location of the spill and take photos, if possible.

Without trespassing, try to determine if there are any nearby discharges, pesticide applications, evidence of accidental or intentional chemical spills, or recent heavy rains that may have carried organic or toxic wastes into stream.
